The senior pastor of Byron First Christian Reformed Church is Pastor Tom Groelsema. Pastor Tom has been serving our congregation since February 1998.
Pastor Tom grew up in Wyoming, Michigan. He graduated from Calvin College in 1987. In 1991 he graduated with a Master of Divinity degree from Westminster Theological Seminary in California. He was ordained in 1992.
Pastor Tom served the Bunde Christian Reformed Church of Clara City, MN. In January 1998 he accepted a call to Byron First. Pastor Tom's focus in ministry is in preaching, pastoral care and leadership.

Pastor Tom is married to Sheri. They have 4 children
